WHILE WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE CLIENT, THE SQUARE FOOT REALTY TEAM DEVELOPS A COMPREHENSIVE AND CUSTOMIZED MARKETING PLAN FOR EACH PROPERTY.

THIS INVOLVES CLOSE COOPERATION WITH THE CLIENT UNDER THE FOLLOWING PROCESS:
  • Property evaluation. Determining property improvements to maximize marketability.
  • Determining ideal targets (i.e. classes of trade) for the retail property.
  • Developing marketing materials.
  • Execution of Marketing Plan.
  • Outbound marketing to 400 targeted retailers (based on selection of ideal targets) via in-person visits, telephone calls, email marketing, and mail campaigns.
  • Distribution of marketing materials to 2,000 + NYC brokers every 14 days (generally Email marketing).
  • Distribution of marketing materials to 2,000 + active retailers every 14 days (generally via Email marketing).
  • Advertising on multiple websites, including CityFeet, Loopnet, PropertyShark Craig’s List, Costar, and others.
  • Fielding of all inquiries and offers.
  • Monthly reports to client summarizing all inquiries and store showings.
